- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Generate leads through online and offline channels
- Perform cold outreach via emails, calls, and social platforms
- Negotiate with potential clients and close sales deals
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Assist in preparing business proposals and presentations
- Work with the sales team to implement strategies and achieve targets
- Manage and track sales pipelines to ensure consistent progress
- Full-time salary based on expertise
- 6-day workweek
- In-office experience in Howrah
