Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive customer acquisition and generate revenue in the government sales segment.
  • Build and manage relationships with key government clients and enterprise customers.
  • Develop and execute growth strategies for new and existing accounts.
  • Prepare and submit RFX proposals, tender bids, and manage the entire sales cycle.
  • Present solutions to senior management/CXOs and negotiate commercial terms to close deals.


Desired Skills & Requirements:

  • Proven track record of direct IT sales and revenue generation.
  • Strong experience in government sales, tendering, and proposal generation.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to position FCS as a trusted advisor in corporate eLearning solutions.


Education:

MBA preferred (Graduates with relevant experience may also apply).
