Job Title: Instructional Designer Experience: 1–4 years in instructional design within the eLearning/training industry Education Qualification: BA (English) / BA in Mass Communication & Media / BA Journalism or any Graduate Degree Key Responsibilities: Develop instructional design (ID) strategies Create storyboards, scripts, and content outlines Structure, remodel, and script content for eLearning courses Collaborate effectively with SMEs and stakeholders Work on technical learning projects (e.g., IT compliance, Six Sigma, PMP, Operational Excellence, Lean 5S, Continuous Improvement) Apply instructional design models, theories, and taxonomies Ensure alignment with training development life cycle Utilize creative and visualization skills for engaging learning solutions Skills Required: Strong knowledge of instructional design theories and practices Proficiency in eLearning development tools (Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, Camtasia) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong multitasking, organizational, and attention-to-detail abilities Key Performance Indicators: SLA performance Service availability Project growth 360° feedback
Key Responsibilities: Drive customer acquisition and generate revenue in the government sales segment. Build and manage relationships with key government clients and enterprise customers. Develop and execute growth strategies for new and existing accounts. Prepare and submit RFX proposals, tender bids, and manage the entire sales cycle. Present solutions to senior management/CXOs and negotiate commercial terms to close deals. Desired Skills & Requirements: Proven track record of direct IT sales and revenue generation. Strong experience in government sales, tendering, and proposal generation. Exceptional communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills. Ability to position FCS as a trusted advisor in corporate eLearning solutions. Education: MBA preferred (Graduates with relevant experience may also apply).
