Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

·       Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities with corporate clients, agencies, and brands

·       Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects to achieve and exceed sales targets

·       Foster long-term relationships with key clients and partners to drive repeat business

·       Conduct regular market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the events space

·       Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and pitches

·       Negotiate contracts, manage budgets, and oversee client retention

Desired Skills & Experience

·       Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field

4–8 years of proven sales experience, preferably in media sales, radio sales, or hotel sales

·       Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

·       Strong network of corporate clients and agencies within Delhi NCR

·       Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines

·       Energetic, self-motivated, and target-oriented

·       Passion for the events and experiential marketing industry
