Job Description:

BDM – Event & Exhibition

Business Development Manager for Events & Exhibitions. Enable the company to develop and build a fortified relationship with its Clients. Incumbent is responsible for driving the business sales, marketing and Client relationship.

• · Responsible to Generate Business while understanding the clients requirements and
• providing optimum solutions.
• · Understand the Client needs and providing Insights to Creative and Technical Team.
• · Take initiatives to improve the Team matrices in terms of Creativity & Engagement &

Teamwork

• · Share best practices with the Clients.
• · Create / Design / Define Sales and marketing Strategy.
• · Driving the marketing & Sales Team & Achieve Desired targets.
• · Meet targets and deadlines.
• · Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate
• internal teams
• · Ensure proper recording and closure of all issues
• · Prepare accurate and timely reports
• · Document knowledge in the form of knowledge base, tech notes and articles
• · Identify process improvements
• · Finalize tariffs and develop cost sheets obtain approvals, sign contracts.

Requirement:

• · MBA/ BBA in Sales / Marketing
• · Minimum 5 Years Experience in Event & Exhibition.
• · Technical Knowledge about Events & Exhibition Production.
• · Core knowledge with 360 Degrees view on Event & Exhibition Lifecycle.
• · Should be willing to travel and have own vehicle.
• · Must have a good communication skill.
• · Be strong in convincing skill.
• · Should be able to speak in English / Hindi and Tamil fluently.
