We’re Hiring – Business Development Manager (Kolkata) We’re expanding our team and looking for a Business Development Manager who can close projects directly from Upwork and inbound leads — no bidding involved. Location: Kolkata (West Bengal candidates only) Experience: 3–4 Years Should be comfortable to work in Night/Early Morning Shift About the Role: You’ll be responsible for Closing projects from qualified Upwork leads Managing end-to-end client communication Coordinating project handoff to the delivery team Building strong client relationships Services We Offer: We work on a variety of platforms and services including: WordPress, Laravel, PHP, Shopify Flutter, React Native, Webflow, Wix, Squarespace SEO, Social Media Marketing React.js, Node.js, and more Requirements: Proven experience in closing service-based projects (Upwork experience preferred) Strong knowledge of IT services Excellent communication and leadership skills Team-handling experience is a plus Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Monday to Friday Ability to commute/relocate: Salt Lake, Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Experience: Deal Closing: 3 years (Required) Team management: 3 years (Required) Client Communication: 3 years (Required) Language: English (Required) Work Location: In person
