You will be responsible for managing the full sales cyclefrom lead generation and client engagement to successful deal closure and seamless handover to our CRM team.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Conversion: Engage with high-intent leads, understand their needs, and convert them into successful sales.
Client Follow-ups: Build long-term relationships by regularly connecting with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify new opportunities.
Product Presentation: Conduct in-person meetings to demonstrate products, address concerns, and educate clients.
Negotiation & Closure: Negotiate win-win solutions and drive conversions that benefit both the client and the organization.
CRM Coordination: Post-sale, transition the client to the CRM team with a detailed case handover to ensure a smooth customer journey.
Revenue Generation: Actively contribute to the organizations profitability through upselling, cross-selling, and new business acquisition.
Lead Generation: When needed, generate leads via networking, research, referrals, and digital platforms.
Cold Calling: Initiate contact with potential clients to pitch offerings and spark engagement.
Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
through a structured sales approach.
