Job Description

Role Overview: As the Business Development Manager at Ele IP Solutions, your primary responsibility is to drive revenue growth by developing new business opportunities, with a specific focus on promoting Patent Search & Drawing services in the US market. You will engage with Patent Attorneys, Inventors/Researchers, Businesses, and Technology Investors to achieve revenue targets. Your role involves generating and converting leads, conducting sales pitches, and maintaining strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities: - Business Development: Introduce and promote Ele IP services to potential clients via emails, phone calls, and virtual meetings. Formulate strategies to convert prospects into clients. - Lead Conversion: Utilize sales skills to convert warm leads into revenue-generating customers by offering customized solutions. - Client Relationship Management: Enhance client satisfaction by managing accounts, addressing needs, providing support, and ensuring top-notch service delivery. - Revenue Generation: Meet revenue targets through new client acquisition, effective management of existing clients, and monitoring and reporting on revenue performance. Qualification Required: - 1-3 years of experience in IP sales, with a solid understanding of Patent Search/Drawing services and solutions. - Familiarity with the US IPR market, showcasing an understanding of market dynamics and client expectations. - Strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace, and email communication for sales pitches and client correspondence. - Demonstrated expertise in managing client accounts, including relationship building, account growth, and client satisfaction.
