Job Description

The Business Development Manager position at Ele IP Solutions involves driving revenue growth by developing new business opportunities, particularly focusing on promoting Patent Search & Drawing services in the US market. As the IP Business Development Manager, you will reach out to Patent Attorneys, Inventors/Researchers, Businesses, and Technology Investors to achieve revenue targets. Your responsibilities include generating and converting leads, conducting sales pitches, and maintaining strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities: - Business Development: Introduce and promote Ele IP services to prospective clients through emails, phone calls, and virtual meetings. Develop strategies to convert prospects into clients. - Lead Conversion: Convert warm leads into revenue-generating customers by leveraging sales skills and providing tailored solutions. - Client Relationship Management: Manage client accounts to enhance satisfaction, address needs, provide support, and ensure high-quality service delivery. - Revenue Generation: Achieve revenue targets through new client acquisition, effective management of existing clients, and monitor and report on revenue performance. The ideal candidate for this role is a strong communicator with excellent sales skills in a multinational environment. You should be able to efficiently manage multiple projects and stakeholders, passionate about the IPR space, and comfortable in high-pressure environments while being capable of quick problem-solving. Preferred Qualifications: - 1-3 years of experience in IP sales, with a strong understanding of Patent Search/Drawing services and solutions. - Experience in the US IPR market, demonstrating an understanding of market dynamics and client expectations. - Excellent communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace, and email communication for sales pitches and client correspondence. - Proven experience in managing client accounts, including relationship building, account growth, and client satisfaction.
