Position Overview:

Doors Studio is expanding and seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to join our team in Gurugram, Sector 43. The ideal candidate will drive business growth through strategic partnerships, client acquisition, and effective sales strategies. This role demands a strong background in digital marketing or IT sales and exceptional skills in relationship-building and negotiation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to accelerate company growth.

- Develop and execute strategic plans to expand our market presence.

- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

- Lead contract negotiations and close deals to achieve revenue targets.

- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns.

- Stay informed about industry trends and competitors' activities.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role in digital marketing or IT sales.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.

- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

Pay: ₹13,889.21 - ₹80,554.19 per month
