Position: Business Development Manager- Domestic market

Senior Sales Executive


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and acquire new clients within the domestic market, particularly in the services sector.
  • Should have experience selling in engineering domain probably selling engineering services
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Understand client needs and propose tailored service solutions aligned with IdeasEngg's capabilities.
  • Work closely with the internal teams (delivery, operations, marketing) to ensure seamless execution.
  • Maintain and regularly update CRM with leads, opportunities, client communications, and pipeline status.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and contribute to strategic planning.


Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the

    services or consulting industry

    .
  • Proven track record of domestic business development and client acquisition.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • CRM proficiency (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, or similar tools).
  • Willingness to

    travel frequently

     for client meetings, industry events, and business development opportunities.
