Job Description

DigiCrackers is looking for a Business Development Manager to work with our CEO and Account Managers to drive new business opportunities, manage client relationships, and contribute to our growth.
 

What you'll Actually Do

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to create tailored proposals for clients.
  • Align business development strategies with company goals alongside the CEO.
  • Lead discussions and negotiations with potential clients.
  • Track market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy.
  • Meet monthly and quarterly business development targets.
  • Present regular business reports to leadership.

What we're Looking For

  • 3+ years of business development experience, preferably in a marketing agency.
  • Proven track record in generating new business and managing relationships.
  • Strong communication skills in Hindi , Gujarati , and English .
  • Ability to work closely with senior leadership (CEO, Directors).
  • Self-motivated and highly organized.
  • A proactive, results-driven approach to business development.
