Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Generate qualified leads through field visits, referrals, networking, and industry platforms.
Conduct follow-ups with potential customers and convert inquiries into meetings and sales opportunities.
Understand customer needs and present suitable interior solutions or design services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, designers, builders, and retail customers.
Track leads, update CRM, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Coordinate with design, marketing, and execution teams to ensure smooth project closures.
Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation and conversion targets.
Stay updated on retail/interior industry trends, competitor activity, and market opportunities.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
5 - 7 years of experience in Business Development (Retail/Interiors preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation & presentation skills.
Ability to build relationships and manage a structured follow-up process.
Target-oriented with a proactive and customer-focused approach.
Familiarity with CRM tools and basic MS Office skills.
