Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cannanore for a Business Development Manager. The responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The role also involves developing and implementing business strategies, collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure alignment with client goals, and delivering insights to support organizational growth. A proactive approach to market analysis is key, identifying trends and leveraging opportunities for long-term success.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Business Development, Relationship Management, and Client Communication
• Experience in Market Research, Opportunity Identification, and Strategic Planning
• Knowledge of Branding, Marketing Strategy, and Sales Optimization techniques
• Strong Negotiation Skills, Presentation Abilities, and Data Analysis capabilities
• Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to adapt to dynamic work environments and handle multiple priorities effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
• Prior experience in the branding and marketing industry is an advantage
