Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Navi Mumbai for a Business Development Manager - Creative Services. The selected candidate will identify and pursue new business opportunities, manage client relationships, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored proposals. Responsibilities also include creating strategic business plans, identifying market trends, attending relevant events, and expanding Madafu Designs’ client base while delivering unmatched client solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in business development, client relationship management, and strategic planning
• Proficiency in market research, identifying growth opportunities, and negotiating contracts
• Understanding of UX and design principles, creative services, and their application in business development
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and handle multiple projects
• Relevant experience in the design or creative services industry is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus
• Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and driving business growth
