Job Description

Salary: ₹18,000 - ₹20,000/month + Attractive Incentives per Client Closed

Experience: At least 2 years in Sales / BDM / Client Acquisition (preferred)

Industry: Content Writing / Digital Marketing

Probation Period: 2 months with a fixed salary of ₹13,000

Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field (Business, Marketing, Mass Communication preferred)
  • MBA/PGDM is a plus but not mandatory
  • Candidates with strong Business Development and Marketing experience will be considered regardless of degree

Role & Responsibilities

As a BDM, you will be responsible for:

  • Identifying and acquiring new clients for content writing services
  • Pitching our services through calls, emails, LinkedIn, or other channels
  • Understanding client requirements and creating proposals
  • Closing deals and ensuring smooth onboarding of new clients
  • Maintaining CRM/lead tracking
  • Achieving monthly sales targets (with incentives)
  • Building long-term client relationships
  • Reporting daily/weekly progress to the team

Salary & Incentives

Probation (2 months): ₹13,000 fixed salary

Post-probation: ₹18,000–₹20,000 based on performance

Incentives after onboarding:

You earn extra for every client you close:

  • 10% of first-month revenue from each client depending on deal size
  • Monthly performance bonuses for meeting or exceeding targets

Total earning potential: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000+ per month

Who Should Apply?

You are a good fit if you:

  • Have prior experience in sales, BDM, telesales, or client acquisition
  • Are confident in pitching to businesses
  • Speak good English, Hindi & Assamese
  • Are target-driven and self-motivated
  • Understand digital marketing/content writing (bonus but not mandatory)
  • Are disciplined with follow-ups and lead management
  • Can work independently with minimal supervision
