1. Identifying new clients and convert leads as business.
2. To focus on the acquisition of new clients for EPC and Turnkey Construction business
3. Identify and develop relationships with industry consultants and professionals to generate new business opportunities
4. To develop new and existing clients and expand business through one to one contact and regular site visits with customers
5. To collect and quantify data related to construction projects and approach prospective clients.
6. To be proactively involved and accountable from tendering through project acquisition and entire project handling
7. Identify and Track potential business opportunities in Govt. / Public / Private Sector
8. Techno-commercial discussions with clients, consultants, EPC contractors for business development.
9. Provide ongoing progress updates on business development initiatives and other key indicators to the management team.
10. Coordinate and assist in the proposal process with marketing and project management teams.
11. Formulation and implementation of marketing Strategies to maximize revenue opportunities/order booking
12. To identify market drivers & strategies as well as to develop and steer sales approaches
Desired Profile:
Engineering Graduate and MBA with excellent Communication & Presentation skill Should have good Market Knowledge on various Construction sectors, EPC Projects , infrastructure projects, Industrial projects, Building materials, interiors, and Design and Built related projects. Positive and professional attitude, and strong customer service skills.
