Job Description

Role Overview: As a Business Development Manager, your main responsibility will be to identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and drive revenue growth for our Solutions & Services portfolio. You are expected to have strong sales acumen, industry knowledge, and the ability to turn customer needs into value-driven solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and develop new business opportunities in the designated territory. - Lead the end-to-end sales cycle including lead generation, proposal preparation, negotiation, and closure. - Exceed assigned revenue targets and key performance metrics. - Foster strong client relationships with decision-makers at various levels. - Understand client requirements and suggest suitable solutions and services. - Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure successful customer onboarding. - Stay updated on our solutions, industry trends, and target markets. - Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and report in the CRM system. Qualifications Required: - 5-8 years of experience in selling Software Solutions and Services to enterprise customers. - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field. - Proficient in solution selling techniques with strong account management skills. - Passion for selling and eagerness to learn new technologies. - Proven track record of consistently achieving targets. - Excellent communication and influencing skills at all organizational levels. - Good industry network with existing relationships at the C-level. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented, and collaborative environment. - Strong organizational and prioritization skills with minimal supervision. - Exceptional communication, organizational, and relationship-building abilities. - Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and committed. - Adaptable, process-oriented, result-driven, quick learner, and team player.
