Job Description

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in identifying business opportunities and potential clients. Your key responsibilities will include: - Identifying potential clients and decision makers within client organizations. - Devising sales and marketing strategies for different operational streams and market segments. - Negotiating and closing business deals with clients. - Managing client relationships, particularly with middle/senior managers. - Preparing marketing collaterals, presentations, customized solutions, and campaigns for clients and franchise partners. - Ideating and executing physical and digital marketing campaigns. - Coordinating events and gaming facility operations in company stores and at client locations. - Providing regular reports to senior management on business generated through promotional activities and the status of new business opportunities/leads. - Following up with clients on outstanding matters. - Meeting the organization's target expectations on the minimum number of sales calls. - Training personnel and assisting team members in developing their skills. - Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings. - Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives. - Researching organizations and individuals to identify new opportunities. - Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. - 10 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field. - Strong communication skills and IT fluency. - Ability to manage complex projects and multitask effectively. - Excellent organizational skills. - Proactive approach with the ability to flourish with minimal guidance and handle uncertainty. - Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. - Comfortable using a computer for various tasks. Please note that this is a full-time position with benefits such as cell phone reimbursement and health insurance. The work schedule is during the morning shift, and there is a performance bonus offered.
