Job Description

Summary:

Business Development Manager

Role & responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with
Architects, Interior Designers, and Key Influencers
to generate specifications for our products.
Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth in the assigned territory.
Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and technical discussions with clients.
Ensure timely follow-up on leads and convert them into successful business deals.
Collaborate with internal teams for smooth execution of projects and client requirements.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide feedback to the management.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as per company guidelines.

Preferred candidate Profile

Education:
Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
Experience:
410 years in Business Development, preferably in
Building Materials, Furniture, Lighting, Electrical Products or Interior Solutions
industry.
Strong network with
Architects, Interior Designers
and
Influencers
is highly desirable.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to travel extensively within Cochin and Trivandrum.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
