Collaborate with teachers and counselors and build a strong referral network. 📈 Marketing & Lead Nurturing Work with our digital marketing team to optimize campaigns. Follow up on B2C leads , build relationships, and convert inquiries into enrollments. 📞 Outreach & Cold Calling Call students from our database, explain offerings, and guide them through our career development programs. 🎤 Events & Engagement Conduct seminars, webinars , and info sessions for students, parents, and educators across Surat and India. Represent Career Express at school visits, coaching classes, and local education events. ✅ What We’re Looking For: 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales , education marketing , counseling outreach , or ed-tech roles . Fluent in English, Hindi, and Gujarati . Great communicator, self-starter, and strong networker. Bachelor's degree (MBA is a plus). Familiar with CRMs, lead tracking, and outreach tools.
