Business Development Manager

Location: Cafe Fraby, Ernakulam
Experience Required: 5+ Years in Business Development / Sales Management

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team at Cafe Fraby, Ernakulam. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in driving business growth, building strong client relationships, and implementing strategies that enhance customer engagement and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business strategies to increase revenue, expand customer base, and enhance brand presence.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities including partnerships, corporate tie-ups, and event collaborations.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through excellent service and follow-up.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Oversee marketing campaigns, promotions, and digital engagement to boost sales.
• Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for management review.
• Collaborate with operations and management teams to ensure customer satisfaction and service excellence.
• Train and motivate staff to achieve sales and service goals.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role.
• Strong network and knowledge of the F&B / hospitality industry in Ernakulam or Kerala.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop and maintain client relationships at all levels.
• Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with digital marketing tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
