Role Overview
Were looking for a dynamic, self-motivated Sales Manager to drive business expansion and revenue growth.
This is an individual contributor role ideal for someone who enjoys complete ownership, thrives on challenges, and has a proven knack for turning opportunities into success stories.
What Youll Do (Key Responsibilities):
Take full ownership of the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Drive B2B sales of YPay prepaid cards across schools, colleges, and corporate segments.
Identify potential clients and develop strategic relationships for sustained business growth.
Execute high-impact sales strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Conduct client meetings, demos, and negotiations to maximize conversions.
Monitor market trends, track competition, and identify new areas of expansion.
Work closely with Marketing and Product teams to enhance lead quality and conversion efficiency.
Maintain consistent communication with clients to ensure long-term partnerships and renewals.
What We’re Looking For (Requirements):
Experience: 6 –8 years in Sales / Business Development, preferably in Fintech, Edtech, Banking, or Finance sectors.
Proven Track Record: Consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Entrepreneurial Mindset: Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced startup environments.
Excellent Communication: Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ownership-Driven: Comfortable managing the entire sales cycle independently.
Tech & Mobility Ready: Must have a laptop and vehicle for field operations.
