Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities within the
CDMO / Contract Manufacturing
segment.
Build and maintain strong relationships with domestic and international pharmaceutical clients.
Drive the entire BD process including lead generation, client presentations, proposal development, contract negotiation, and deal closure.
Coordinate closely with
R&D, production, QA, and regulatory teams
for seamless project execution.
Conduct market analysis to track emerging business trends and potential opportunities.
Represent
Biodeal Pharmaceuticals
in industry events, exhibitions, and global forums.
Deliver on revenue growth, profitability, and long-term strategic partnerships.

Candidate Profile

10–12 years of proven experience in
Business Development
within
Pharmaceutical CDMO
space.
Strong understanding of formulation development, technology transfer, and manufacturing.
Successful track record in acquiring and managing international and domestic clients (regulated & semi-regulated markets).
Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
Capable of managing cross-functional teams and driving results.
Open for
domestic & international travel
as required.
