Job Description

Role: Business Development Manager / Client Acquisition Specialist (US & UK Markets)

Work in PST hours to engage and connect with prospective clients across US and UK regions.

Roles & Responsibilities

Identify, target, and pursue new business opportunities aligned with Bhasaka Technologies digital transformation offerings, including Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe Target, CJA, and AJO.

Proactively reach out to potential clients through LinkedIn, email campaigns, partner networks, and industry forums to generate qualified leads.

Conduct introductory calls, discovery sessions, and capability presentations with new clients to understand business needs and project requirements.

Act as the primary point of contact for initial client engagement, ensuring timely communication and relationship building.

Collaborate closely with delivery, pre-sales, and technical teams to prepare proposals, solution approaches, effort estimates, and pricing models.

Drive the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to proposal submission, negotiation, and deal closure.

Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline with accurate forecasting and regular reporting to leadership.

Establish and nurture long-term client relationships, ensuring repeat business and account expansion opportunities.

Represent Bhasaka Technologies in client meetings, virtual events, and partner discussions to enhance brand presence in the US and UK markets.

Track market trends, competitor offerings, and client demands to refine go-to-market strategies.

Ensure alignment with company goals, revenue targets, and growth plans for international markets.

Key Skills & Experience

Proven experience in IT services sales or business development, preferably in Adobe or digital experience platforms.

Strong understanding of enterprise digital transformation projects.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Experience working with international clients, especially US/UK stakeholders.

Comfortable working independently during PST time zones.
