Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Business Development Executive with 2–3 years of experience in Sales or Business Development. The candidate will be responsible for building strong connections with professors and colleges, generating quality leads of students interested in studying in Germany, and supporting the overall student recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and build relationships with college professors and institutions through calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings.
• Identify and generate potential student leads interested in pursuing education in Germany.
• Conduct presentations, seminars, or informational sessions in colleges to promote YesGermany services.
• Maintain a regular follow-up with professors and college representatives for student referrals.
• Collaborate with the counseling and marketing teams to ensure lead conversion.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation and sales targets.
• Keep records of outreach activities, leads, and feedback from college interactions.
• Represent YesGermany in education fairs, workshops, and other academic events if required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 2–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Educational Marketing.
• Strong communication and presentation skills (verbal and written).
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
• Proficiency in MS Office and email communication.
• Willingness to travel locally for meetings and college visits.
