Experience: 3–7 Years (Candidates with Shipping Industry experience will be given high preference)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of the shipping industry, along with strong communication, client-handling, and strategic marketing skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in the marine and shipping sectors.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Generate leads, prepare proposals, and convert prospects into business opportunities.
• Promote company products and services through innovative ideas and effective marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
• Conduct regular market analysis to identify new trends and opportunities for growth.
• Represent the company in exhibitions, seminars, and client meetings as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline (preferred in Electronics, Telecommunications, or related field).
• Industry Knowledge: Candidates with experience in the Shipping / Marine field will be given high preference.
• Technical Understanding: Basic knowledge of Electronics & Telecommunication.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; must be soft-spoken and persuasive.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Confident, proactive, and capable of working independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
