Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

• Develop and implement business development strategies to enhance the presence of Yash Dental Clinic in Adyar, Chennai.
• Identify and establish partnerships with schools, colleges, and corporate entities to promote dental health camps and services.

Database Management:

• Maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date database of schools, colleges, and corporate entities in the region.
• Regularly update and manage contacts within the database to ensure accuracy.

Dental Camp Coordination:

• Utilize existing contacts and networks to organize dental health camps in schools, colleges, and corporate offices.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute dental camps efficiently, ensuring maximum participation and impact.

Relationship Building:

• Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders in schools, colleges, and corporate organizations.
• Collaborate with decision-makers to secure partnerships and endorsements for dental health camps.

Marketing and Promotion:

• Work closely with the marketing team to create promotional materials for dental health camps.
• Implement marketing strategies to attract participants and raise awareness about Yash Dental Clinic's services.

Event Planning and Execution:

• Plan and execute events such as dental awareness campaigns, workshops, and seminars in collaboration with educational and corporate institutions.

Reporting:

• Provide regular reports on business development activities, camp participation, and outcomes to the management team.
• Analyze data and provide insights to improve future campaigns and initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience (3-5 years) in business development, with a focus on dental health camps.
• Strong network and existing database of schools, colleges, and corporate entities in the Adyar, Chennai area.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for promoting dental health.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
