Business Development Manager (BDM)

Location: India (remote) Compensation: Fixed + strong performance-linked upside (bonuses) About the Role We are building an AI tool that sends accurate meeting notes within 1 minute after any Zoom/Teams call. You will be the first business hire and will help take this product to companies across the world. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role. You will manage almost everything in the beginning — outreach, demos, onboarding, customer support, and growing accounts — until the team expands. What You’ll Do Reach out to companies and book meetings Show the product in demos and start pilot programs Convert pilots into paying customers Help customers use the tool and grow their usage Work closely with the founders on ideas, improvements, and strategy Build simple processes that help us sell faster and serve customers better Take responsibility for targets and make things happen end-to-end What We’re Looking For Someone who: Is hungry to build something from scratch Can work independently and handle many tasks at once Communicates clearly with customers Is comfortable working hard and putting in long hours when needed Enjoys solving problems without waiting for instructions Wants to grow fast as the company grows Experience in sales, business development, consulting, or working with global clients is helpful but not required.
