Role Description

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in Sri Ganganagar.

The BDM will play a key role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth. Responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, conducting market research, and crafting effective sales and marketing strategies. The role also involves negotiation, coordinating with internal teams to meet client needs, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategy.
• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing plans.
• Negotiate and close business deals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
• Manage and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven skills in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management.
• Strong Market Research, Strategic Planning, and Marketing capabilities.
• Excellent Negotiation, Communication, and Presentation skills.
• Ability to handle Project Management and Cross-team Coordination.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience in the financial services or tax industry is a plus (but not mandatory).
• Self-motivated, confident, and able to thrive in a dynamic environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
