We are looking for a responsible, sharp, and proactive Operations & Sales Manager to manage daily activities of our growing business in used camera/gadget buying. You will be responsible for handling leads, coordinating pickups, customer communication, pricing, and ensuring smooth workflow in the office even in the absence of the owner. 🎯 Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound leads from website, WhatsApp, and calls Quote camera prices using company pricing guidelines Follow up with customers and close deals Coordinate pickup and delivery with logistics partners Maintain customer records and update CRM/Excel sheets Supervise and support any junior team members Handle minor disputes, complaints, or product verification issues Provide daily reports and performance updates to management ✅ Skills & Requirements:Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales/operations/customer support Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English Basic tech knowledge of DSLR, GoPro, Mirrorless, Drones is a bonus Confident with tools like WhatsApp Web, Excel/Google Sheets Self-motivated, honest, and goal-oriented Must be punctual and committed
