Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities for software services.
• Generate leads through networking, research, and market intelligence.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with mid-size and enterprise-level organizations.
• Understand client requirements and work closely with the technical team to propose tailored solutions.
• Prepare and deliver impactful presentations, proposals, and business pitches.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to company revenue growth.
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to refine sales strategy.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience (5+ years) in selling software services (custom software development, automation, IT solutions, etc.).
• Strong understanding of software service sales cycle (from lead generation to closure).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to understand client pain points and propose relevant solutions.
• Self-motivated with a result-oriented mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (MBA is a plus).
