Location: New Friends Colony, New Delhi – 110025 Salary Range: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month Job Type: Full-time Experience Required: 3–6 years Industry: Construction & Interior Design Job Description: Sense Projects Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive growth through client acquisition and strategic partnerships in the construction and interior design sector. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales, a strong network in the real estate or construction domain, and the ability to generate leads and close deals. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction and interior segments Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants, builders, and corporate clients Achieve sales targets and contribute to company revenue goals Attend client meetings, site visits, and present company capabilities and proposals Follow up on inquiries, prepare quotes/estimates, and negotiate contracts Coordinate with design and execution teams to ensure project alignment Maintain CRM/database for leads, prospects, and opportunities Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field 3–6 years of experience in business development, preferably in construction/interiors Proven track record in B2B sales and client acquisition Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Ability to work independently and handle high-value prospects Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and basic proposal documentation Preferred Skills: Experience in turnkey projects or interior fit-outs Existing client network in real estate, hospitality, retail, or corporate sectors To Apply: Send your updated resume via Indeed or email to senseprojects772@gmail.com Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Yearly bonus Language: English (Required) Work Location: In person
