Are you a dynamic and results-oriented individual passionate about driving business development in the Premium Furniture industry? Join our team at Bombay Bespoke, a Delhi-based brand offering innovative home furnishing solutions that interpret and influence contemporary lifestyles. As a Business Development Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities, networking with potential clients, and building and maintaining strong relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing management, with a minimum of 2-3 years in the luxury furniture or luxury interior-related products.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Identify and convert leads, maintaining a robust pipeline by building a strong network for client meetings, identifying decision-makers, and establishing relationships.
  • Cultivate and strengthen connections with A and B Architects/Interior Designers in Pune and surrounding cities, fostering robust relationships to enhance collaboration and capitalize on business opportunities in the luxury interior products sector.
  • Present products/services to enhance client relationships and arrange client debriefs for valuable feedback and service improvement.
  • Plan persuasive approaches and ensure successful deal closures for company growth.
  • Attend industry events, applying industry knowledge to drive sales in home decor, building material, and furniture.
  • Submit accurate weekly progress reports, forecast sales targets, and track client activity.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and work with marketing to fulfill business development prerequisites.
  • Network with potential clients, nurturing relationships with architects and designers for success in the role.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
