Whom we are looking for? We are looking for candidates who are highly passionate Lead generation and capable of sales communication & negotiation What you will be getting ? Salary + Performace based incentives + Petrol allowance incentive upto 8000 + petrol allowance Core roles and responsibilities Lead generation and client acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold outreach. Generate sales leads and contact potential clients to introduce products and services. Relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients to foster long-term partnerships. Act as the primary liaison between the company and potential clients. Strategic planning and execution: Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets. Stay updated on industry trends to maintain a competitive edge. Sales and negotiation: Create and deliver presentations and pitches to potential clients. Negotiate contracts and agreements to close deals. Track sales performance and report on key metrics to senior management. Internal collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to align growth efforts and tailor solutions. Provide input for marketing and advertising initiatives.
