Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Development & Lead Generation:

  • Conduct regular field visits to meet potential clients such as builders, industries, hotels, consultants, and contractors.
  • Identify new business opportunities through cold calls, site visits, and networking.
  • Collect project details, requirements, and generate qualified leads.
  • Promote Hydroguard System products and services effectively during client interactions.

2. Client Coordination & Sales Follow-up:

  • Present company profile, technical solutions, and quotations to clients.
  • Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and tenders to ensure closures.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for technical proposals, site inspections, and service support.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat and referral business.

3. Market Research & Reporting:

  • Gather information on competitors, ongoing projects, and upcoming tenders.
  • Prepare daily and weekly field visit reports with client feedback.
  • Submit visit summaries and follow-up actions to management regularly.
  • Assist in planning and executing regional marketing strategies.

4. Promotion & Brand Visibility:

  • Distribute brochures, marketing materials, and presentations during visits.
  • Participate in exhibitions, seminars, and marketing campaigns as required.
  • Support digital and offline promotional activities in coordination with the marketing team.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident in fieldwork.
  • Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email communication).

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: B.Tech / B.Sc (Mechanical, Civil, Environmental, or Chemical) OR MBA (Marketing).
  • Experience: 3–7 years in field marketing or project sales (preferably in our sector).
  • License: Two-wheeler with valid driving license (mandatory).
  • Language: English, Hindi, and local language proficiency.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
