Job Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers through calls, emails, and visits.
  • Handle inquiries, quotations, service requests, and complaints in a professional manner.
  • Maintain regular follow-up with clients regarding project updates, AMC services, and payments.
  • Ensure timely communication between clients and internal departments (technical, service, accounts).

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer-handling and problem-solving ability.
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)..
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple departments efficiently.
  • Pleasant personality, confident, and organized approach to work.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: Graduate in any discipline.

Additional Information:
