Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Kalyan. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, conducting market research, developing and implementing growth strategies, and leading sales initiatives. The role will also involve preparing business proposals, closing business deals, and working closely with the marketing and product development teams to align strategies. Additionally, the Business Development Manager will track performance metrics and ensure business growth targets are met. Qualifications * Proven experience in Business Development and Sales * Strong capability in Client Relationship Management and Negotiation * Excellent Market Research and Strategic Planning skills * Ability to prepare Business Proposals and manage Contracts * Experience in leading Sales Initiatives and achieving Sales Targets * Exceptional communication and presentation skills * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Experience in the relevant industry is a plus * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
