Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sales or business development within the interiors, construction, or real estate sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target sectors (healthcare, hospitality, corporate, etc.)
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, contractors, and consultants
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and project pitches to potential clients
  • Collaborate with the design and project teams to develop tailored solutions for client needs
  • Track industry trends and competitor activity to refine business strategies
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
  • Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in interiors, fit-outs, or real estate
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Good understanding of interior project life cycles and client expectations
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
