Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and goal-oriented Business Development Manager to drive student admissions and build strategic partnerships for our IT training programs. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for education, and a knack for converting leads into long-term learners.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and convert potential leads into course enrollments.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with students, colleges, corporations, and training partners.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly targets related to admissions and revenue.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to position Mindscribe effectively.
• Represent the brand at educational fairs, events, and seminars.
• Collaborate with the marketing and training team to improve lead quality and student experience.
• Maintain CRM records and prepare regular sales performance reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 2+ years of experience in sales/business development, preferably in EdTech.
• Excellent communication in Tamil and English, interpersonal skills.
• Target-driven with a passion for helping students and professionals upskill.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and lead tracking software.
