Company Type : Facility Management & Manpower Outsourcing Services Location : Mayur Vihar-1,Delhi Experience Required : 1–5 years (preferably in Facility/Manpower/Staffing industry) Qualification : Any Graduate/Post Graduate (MBA Preferably) Key Responsibilities 1. Business Development Identify and target new business opportunities in corporate, industrial, retail, and institutional segments. Generate leads through calling, market research, field visits (If require randomly), and networking. Prepare proposals and present customized manpower and facility service solutions to potential clients. 2. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management Pitch company services like housekeeping, security, maintenance, pantry, and manpower supply (skilled/unskilled). Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers like Admin Heads, HR, Procurement, etc. Ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and act as a liaison between operations and clients. 3. Industry & Market Intelligence Track competitor activities, pricing, and services. Provide feedback to the operations team for customizing offerings. Attend industry events, exhibitions, and seminars for networking and lead generation. Required Skills & Competencies Strong B2B sales acumen and negotiation skills Excellent communication and presentation abilities Ability to create customized proposals and handle client objections Working knowledge of staffing compliances (PF, ESI, CLRA, etc.) is a plus Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and reporting Self-motivated and target-oriented Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
