About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and client-focused Business Development Manager (BDM) cum Account Manager to join our team in Jaipur. This role blends business acquisition with account management, making you the key point of contact for both new and existing clients. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in handling state government or enterprise clients, along with a track record of driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring effective communication and relationship management.
  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities to achieve sales and revenue targets.
  • Manage and grow existing accounts by providing exceptional service and maintaining long-term relationships.
  • Build strong networks with state clients and key stakeholders to expand business opportunities.
  • Conduct presentations, negotiations, and contract closures with professionalism.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (delivery, operations, finance) to ensure seamless execution of client projects.
  • Monitor account performance, resolve issues proactively, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Provide regular reports on sales pipeline, account health, and market insights.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and client requirements.

Requirements

  • 5 – 10 years of proven experience in Business Development and Account Management.
  • Strong exposure to state government clients / enterprise accounts.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple accounts while hunting for new business opportunities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and client-first approach.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Must be comfortable working on-site in Jaipur.
