Job Summary: We are hiring an experienced and motivated Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our on-field sales team. This role requires frequent travel within Hyderabad and Karnataka to engage with dealers, generate leads, and drive product sales. Key Responsibilities: Conduct regular field visits to dealers, clients, and construction sites. Build and manage strong relationships with channel partners and customers. Generate new business leads and convert them into sales. Achieve and exceed monthly sales and performance targets. Collect and report market intelligence and competitor activity. Support the marketing and technical team as needed. Requirements: Experience: Minimum 4 years in field sales or business development (preferably in chemical or construction-related industries). Language Skills: Must have excellent communication skills in English, Telugu, and Hindi. Sales Focus: Highly target- and performance-driven mindset. Travel: Willing to travel extensively in Hyderabad & Karnataka. Vehicle: Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
