The ideal candidate will have experience in life insurance sales and a proven ability to generate new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive sales performance. Key Responsibilities: * Drive sales of life insurance products through various channels. *Identify, recruit, and manage advisors or partners to grow the business. *Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. *Build strong relationships with clients, understand their insurance needs, and provide suitable product solutions. *Train and motivate the sales team or advisors under your management. *Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in life insurance sales , financial services OR Sales. Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to meet and exceed targets. Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and energetic. Ability to work independently and manage a team.
