Job Title: Senior Business Development Manager – International Markets

Location: Pune-On-site

Experience: 5+ Years (International Market / USA Experience Required)

To accelerate our international growth, we are looking for a passionate and results-driven Business Development Manager who can expand our footprint in global markets – with a sharp focus on the USA.

Key Responsibilities

· Drive new business acquisition in international markets, with primary responsibility for the USA.

· Build, manage, and grow long-term client relationships, ensuring strong partnerships and repeat business.

· Design and execute go-to-market strategies for new service lines and offerings from the ground up.

· Develop tailored proposals, impactful pitch presentations, and client-centric solutions.

· Collaborate with the marketing team to generate and qualify leads, while effectively managing the sales pipeline.

· Conduct in-depth market research, competitor benchmarking, and industry mapping to uncover new opportunities.

· Achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets, contributing directly to the company’s growth roadmap.

· Represent the organization confidently at international webinars, events, and client-facing engagements.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

· Minimum 5 years of proven international business development experience, with significant exposure to the USA market.

· Strong track record of establishing business development/marketing frameworks from the ground up.

· Deep understanding of digital marketing solutions, including SEO, SEM, Social Media, and Performance Marketing.

· Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.

· Proactive, self-driven, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.

· Willingness to work flexible hours to engage with international clients effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
