Business Development Manager – Polymer Compounding Industry
Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu

Company: Autotech / Sirmax (Polymer Compounding Division)

Experience: 7–10 years in Polymer Compounding or related industry
Education: Graduate + MBA in Marketing

Key Responsibilities

• Drive new business development: identify, pursue, and convert opportunities within the polymer/compounding sector.
• Manage customer relationships: interact with clients, handle inquiries and complaints, and ensure timely resolution and follow-up.
• Present technical proposals and commercial pitches: create professional presentations (PPT) to communicate offerings effectively to clients.
• Utilize SAP for order processing, tracking, and internal operations.
• Be prepared to travel for business meetings or customer visits as required.

Skills & Attributes

• Strong command of English — both written and spoken.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and experience with SAP or equivalent ERP systems.
• Ability to work independently, handle pressure, and meet business targets.
• Willingness to travel as per company requirements.

Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
