Job Description

As a Business Development Manager (BDM) at our software training institute in Kochi, your primary responsibility will be to identify, develop, and close new business opportunities. Your focus will be on expanding our market reach and driving revenue growth. Here are the key responsibilities for this role: - Lead Generation and Prospecting: - Identify and qualify potential clients (individuals, companies, or organizations) interested in software training. - Develop and implement lead generation strategies, including networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and social media marketing. - Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads. - Relationship Building and Client Management: - Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients and potential clients. - Understand client needs and tailor training programs to meet their specific requirements. - Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the client lifecycle. - Sales and Negotiation: - Present training programs and solutions to potential clients. - Negotiate contracts and pricing to achieve revenue targets. - Close deals and secure new business opportunities. - Market Research and Analysis: - Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape. - Analyze client needs and industry trends to develop effective business development strategies. - Stay up-to-date on industry developments and competitor activities. - Strategic Planning and Execution: - Develop and implement business development plans to achieve revenue and market share goals. - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align on strategies and tactics. - Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business development performance.
