Role & responsibilities Job Title: Business Development Manager No. of years of Experience required : 5 6 yrs. in similar industry / similar products as Accord Chemicals (Kindly Refer www.accordchemicals.com) Major Job Responsibilities : Location: Mumbai, India Experience Level: Mid to Senior Level Job Responsibilities: Drive business growth and expansion for the company. Develop a strong network to attract new clients and explore new market opportunities. Identify and capitalize on sourcing and selling opportunities at both national and international levels. Generate high-quality leads through cold-calling, cold-emailing, attending industry events, and other strategic methods. Promote and sell the company's products and services effectively. Act as a representative and intermediary between the company and its customers. Conduct in-depth research on potential prospects and market trends. Negotiate and manage contracts with clients and suppliers. Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers and suppliers. Develop compelling business proposals and presentations to support new opportunities and partnerships. Manage the existing sales pipeline while consistently identifying and developing new business avenues. What Were Looking For: Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field within the petrochemical or similar industries. Strong networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to research, identify, and capitalize on market trends. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Self-motivated, results-driven, and proactive approach to business growth. Familiarity with international trade and supply chain management is a plus. Qualifications Required : A Bachelor's Degree in any Stream or related Degree/Diploma is required.
