Job Description

Role & responsibilities

The job responsibilities will include:


  • Servicing & supporting day-to-day operational work & administrative tasks of the Managing Director
  • Should have excellent communication skill (both oral and written). Should be proficient in English.
  • Taking dictations
  • Should have advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word & PPT), with an ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and software.
  • Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents
  • Preparing presentations
  • Calendar management / appointments.
  • Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails, interfacing with clients.
  • Should be very well versed with usage of digital technologies & software on both laptop and handheld devices.

OPTIONAL:

  • Arranging meetings and making presentation for meetings, making minutes,

circulation and follow up actions

  • Coordinating with multiple departments, Projects, Secretarial and Finance.
