Position Overview

They are hiring a Business Development Manager – Institutional Sales with 1+ years of experience. The role involves driving collaborations with educational institutions, managing relationships, and leading a team of Business Development Executives.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and execute institutional sales strategies.
• Identify and manage partnerships with colleges and universities.
• Act as the Primary Point of Contact (POC) for institutions.
• Conduct presentations, seminars, and meetings.
• Lead and train a team of Business Development Executives.
• Prepare proposals, agreements, and MoUs.
• Coordinate internally for onboarding and collaboration.
• Analyze market trends and competitors.
• Ensure achievement of business goals.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 1+ years of experience in Business Development / Institutional Sales.
• Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage pre-placement, placement, and post-placement processes.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Kannada is a plus.
• Leadership skills with team management ability.
• Willingness to travel within Karnataka.
• Good presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage relationships.

Work Location

• Primary Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka
• Travel: Frequent visits to colleges within and around Karnataka.
